Ecumenical Technology Conference – Christian freedom and social modernization? The consequences of theological and cultural reformation

The conference is not primarily intended to illustrate the historical figure of Luther and the unfolding of the Lutheran Reformation, but the consequences of the modern European secular and religious culture. Accordingly to the presentations on the conference it will partly be dealing with the current theological researches and the relationship between the European modernization and the reformation and how it appears on the Lutheran Christian religious map of Europe. In the morning lectures theologian Peter Neuner from Munich will talk about the significance of the Hungarian version of Luther’s book which came out this year. After the lecture during the afternoon we are waiting for our visitors for an interactive conversation with pictures and films.
